“Not only did DYAMI design one of the most innovative and creative Pediatric offices, but they were always available for us to answer any concern we might have had.  They made the entire process a positive one.”

Mixed Use Development, Jersey City, NJ

DYAMI was excited to be selected to create a Conceptual Design for a new mixed-use development located in Jersey City, New Jersey.  Located at the key intersection of Liberty State Park and Liberty National Golf Course, the towers offer direct views of Lower Manhattan, The Empire State Building, The Statue of Liberty, and The Verrazano Bridge.

The project is located on nearly 5 acres, including 250,000 square feet of commercial and retail, 770,000 square feet of residential, and a 320,000 square foot parking garage.  The design concept is to screen the parking garage with retail, commercial and low rise residential units while providing separate and distinct entrances for each use.  Glazerman Realty LLC, located at 35 Journal Square, Suite 462, Jersey City, NJ is the exclusive broker for the property.

63 Lakefront Road: Completed Framing

DYAMI has had the pleasure of working on 63 Lakefront Road for the past few years. We are now quickly moving through construction and are beginning to see the project come together. Over the next few weeks we will be sharing progress photos of the residence as it was built and right through its final stages of construction.

The first big milestone in the construction process was the completion of framing. Once the glulam beams were installed onto the wood frame of the house the dwelling, as we’ve known it in drawn form, began to take shape. Shortly after this, the exterior sheathing was installed and the form was given its fenestration, allowing its full design intent to become clear.

63 Lakefront Road

September marks the start of construction on a new modern residential home that we finished design on this summer. We will be posting progress images on this project from demolition phase through the new home construction over the next few months, so feel free to check back periodically to see how it’s going.

This first post will highlight the project’s design from the conceptual standpoint. The following are a number of graphic slides of the project from parti to architectural renderings:
