This first post will highlight the project’s design from the conceptual standpoint. The following are a number of graphic slides of the project from parti to architectural renderings:

The Roosevelt Hotel, NYC is making further progress on its multi-million dollar upgrade and redesign program, which is slated for completion in Februrary, 2012. The 1,015 guestrooms and suites will be completely refreshed with new carpeting, furniture, fixtures and decor, as designed by DYAMI Architecture PC.

The hotel’s lobby-level Madison Club Lounge will also be revamped by DYAMI. The upgrade will capture the historic images of The Roosevelt Hotel circa 1924. The enhancements are designed to complement the restored interiors of the hotel, featuring signature architecture of the 1920′s, particularly showcasing the grand lobby.
